Facing the severe COVID-19 situation worldwide, installation abroad has become extremely difficult. Many customers worry about suppliers can't offer equipment installation and training service. Tonsen stated with practical actions that we can provide customers with the best service anytime and anywhere.
Recently, Tonsen engineer Mr.Zhang reached to Korea for 15-day installation and training. Here share his journey:
1. On 19th November, engineer Zhang reached to Korea. Before departure, Mr.Zhang accepted strict nucleic acid test and applied for a quarantine-free certificate. Every place he arrived, he would accept a new nucleic acid test.
2. Tonsen customer Mr.Jung excited to pick Mr.Zhang up in airport. And sent some photos to us.
3.Everything went well, engineer Zhang arrived at the brewery to start installation.
4. After the installation, Mr. Jung and engineer Zhang can't wait to share joy with us.
5. Mr. Jung and his colleague accept training and try to operate the equipment.
The training is about to end. Engineer Zhang provided excellent installation and training service on behalf of Tonsen at this difficult time. Thank you very much for dedication!
