The tank B has dimple jacket. It can make hot water tank. The reserved water can used as mash (Tank B ), the last water can transfer into FV,
After mash, and the wort put into the tank A, The tank A can lauter,
Then transfer the wort into the tank B, the tank B: kettle/ whirlpool
Infusion brewing 浸出糖化 A: mash,lauter B kettle/whirlpool
The tank B has dimple jacket. It used as hot water tank, when the water is hot, some water can put into tank A, the last water can put into FV.
So the tank A can be mash,lauter; when lauter, some water from FV can wash the grain.
After mash/ lauter, the wort transfer into the tank B, it can kettle and whirlpool.( whirlpool: which many process is short of it)
