The body of the fermenter is mainly used for cultivating and fermenting various bacteria, and it needs to be sealed well. The vent at the bottom of the tank is used to pass in the air required for the growth of the bacteria.
The tank is equipped with a stirring slurry, which is used for constant stirring the fermentation process to promote uniform fermentation of the bacteria.
The tank is equipped with control sensors, the most commonly used are DO electrode and pH electorde, which are used to monitor the changes of DO and pH of the fermentation liquid in the tank during the fermentation process, and display and control fermentation conditions, etc.
The tank is equipped with agitating transmission device, agitating device(multi-stage or stepless speed change), aseptic breating vent(or aseptic positive pressure vent), inlet(outlet) port, aseptic samling port, manhole(hand hole), hot water inlet, outlet, thermometer, pressure gauge, CIP cleaning sprinkler, etc.
