Beer Yeast Culture System

The equipment implements primary, secondary, and tertiary cultivation and CIP cleaning. The primary cultivation can be completed in the laboratory using shaking tanks, the secondary using hansenula bioreactor, and the third level is completed using theculture tank, The process is scientific and reasonable, and the cultivation equipment can be oxygenated,  can be heated and cooled, and realize automatic  control. The ventilation and air pressure use three-stage membrane filtration to ensure the  cultivation of pure strains.

The system adopts PLC automatic  control system, cultivation process is set according to the users, which can meet the cultivation requirements of various strains of the users. The equipped with CIP cleaning, oxygenation and control device, which can realize automatic control of temperature,presure, ventilation, oxygenation and CIP cleaning.
